Everything in NBOUND starts with the service catalog. When a service is defined well, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, forms, and billing follow its rules. Supported phone agent workflows can also use that definition when booking.

One definition, every consequence

A service in NBOUND isn't a name and a price. It carries its category, pricing and duration, the team members qualified to perform it, the equipment it requires, the products it consumes, the forms it must collect, and its appointment types. Book that service and every one of those rules travels with the job.

• Qualification, enforced. Only members qualified for a service can be scheduled or dispatched to it. The availability engine and dispatch board both use the same list.
• Materials follow the work. Linked products and equipment show up on the job, so consumption is logged against your real warehouse stock.
• Forms attach themselves. A service that requires a signed agreement won't complete without one.

Stripe, synchronized automatically

Create, update, archive, or reactivate a service, and its Stripe product and price update with it. Price changes create new Stripe prices. Archived services leave public and booking surfaces while retaining their history.

Built for a growing menu

The catalog uses server pagination and search. Categories keep the menu navigable for your team and organize service information for supported customer facing and phone agent workflows.
