To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate
4. Subscription and Payment
Our service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Potential price changes with 30 days advance notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused service time
- Additional charges for usage exceeding plan limits
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

6. Service Availability and Support

7. AI Service Limitations

- You remain responsible for all customer interactions and service delivery
- AI accuracy improves over time through training and feedback
- You should regularly review call logs and appointment bookings
8. Data Ownership and Usage
You retain ownership of all customer data processed through our service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to:
- Improve our AI models and service quality
- Generate industry insights and benchmarks
- Develop new features and capabilities
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Missed appointments or customer communications
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if:

- Payment is overdue by more than 15 days
- Your use poses a security risk
- Required by law or regulation
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
