Dispatch

Dispatch

The whole day on one board. Every tech, every job, every problem before your customer notices it.

Dispatch

HOW IT WORKS.

01Lands

It hits the queue.

Booked by the office, the phone agent, or online. Unassigned work waits in one place.

02. Assign

Drag it to a tech.

Anyone unqualified, off shift, on time off, or already booked shows as unavailable, with the reason.

03. Track

Watch it move.

En route, on site, in progress, delayed. Finishing still runs through the forms and signature.

04. Catch

Problems find you.

Late, no check-in, or unassigned near start. The owner, manager, and dispatcher on shift all get told.

Dispatch

Techs down the side, hours across the top, jobs in their slots. Unassigned work waits in its own queue.

Move work

  • Drag onto a tech to assign. Drag sideways to change the time.
  • Jobs already en route are locked. Nobody reschedules a driver by accident.
  • Bad assignments get blocked with the reason: wrong qualification, off shift, on time off, already booked, or a dispatcher.
  • Push a job to en route, on site, in progress, or delayed.

Catch problems

  • Starting soon. Kicks off within the hour.
  • Unassigned near start. Under two hours out, nobody on it.
  • Late. Ten minutes past start, nobody en route.
  • No check-in. Fifteen minutes past start, no arrival.

Each one alerts the owner, location manager, and dispatcher on shift, then opens a task that closes itself when you fix it.

Know the day

  • Coverage at a glance. Techs on shift, hours, and whether the day is covered.
  • The full job in one click. Contact, address, notes, tech, tasks.
  • Everyone sees their own patch. Owners get it all. Managers and dispatchers get their locations.

Finishing a job still runs through its forms and signature. Dispatch can't skip them.
