Voice call failures and follow-up

What happens when a tool times out, a call drops, or something goes wrong.

When something fails mid-call, the agent stays safe: it does not double-book, double-cancel, or claim something happened that did not.

Safe retries

If a booking or cancellation is retried because of a network hiccup, the agent recognizes the repeat and does not create a second appointment or cancel twice. Duplicate call events are handled the same way.

If a tool cannot complete, the agent explains it plainly and offers to have someone follow up rather than guessing.

Nothing is lost

A caller's intent is preserved as a lead and, where a person genuinely needs to respond, as a follow-up task, so your team can pick up where the call left off.
