Perseus saves business conversations so you can return to prior research without mixing unrelated work into one long thread.
Use conversation history
The Chat sidebar lists saved conversations with their last-updated time. Select one to continue it, rename it to make the subject easier to find, or delete it when it is no longer useful.
Know when to start a new chat
Continue the same conversation when the follow-up depends on prior context. Start a new chat for a different business question, location, reporting period, or investigation.
A conversation supports up to ten messages. Perseus shows the remaining count near the end of the thread and prompts you to start a new conversation when it is complete.
Give feedback on an answer
Use the positive feedback action when an answer is useful. Use Report when an answer is inaccurate, unsafe, or otherwise problematic, and select the reason that best describes the issue.
Feedback improves product quality but does not change the underlying business record. Correct inaccurate customer, appointment, service, or inventory data on its source page.
