Reports, charts, and widgets

Generate structured business reports with KPIs, visual comparisons, and downloadable PDFs.

When you explicitly ask for a report, analysis, summary, or breakdown, Perseus organizes the answer into a report card instead of returning only conversational text.

Generate a report

State the subject and period you want. Perseus collects the relevant business records first, names the exact reporting period, and builds sections around the available evidence.

Try asking

  • Generate a weekly operations report.
  • Create a monthly revenue and appointment report.
  • Give me a breakdown of completed versus canceled appointments.
  • Build a location performance report for this quarter.

Understand report widgets

Reports can contain KPI cards for headline values, bar charts for category comparisons, line or area charts for trends, pie charts for composition, and multi-series charts for comparing metrics over the same period.

Widgets use the unit that matches the data, including currency and counts. Hover chart points or segments to inspect the exact value.

Review sources and next steps

Report sections can link back to the NBOUND pages that supplied the operational context. Use those links to investigate appointments, clients, inventory, calls, or other source records.

Download a PDF

Select the download button on a report card to create a PDF containing the report title, sections, metrics, and supported visual content. Use the PDF for meetings, handoffs, or an offline record.

Good to know

Ask for a report when you want a reusable deliverable. Ask a simple question when you only need one fact or a short list.
