The Financial Ledger

The **Ledger** (found under the Payments tab) is the source of truth for every dollar that enters or leaves your business. It tracks everything from invoice payments to subscription renewals and payout transfers.

What's tracked?

  • Customer Payments: Detailed breakdown of who paid and when.
  • Transaction Fees: Transparent view of processing fees.
  • Payouts: Transfers of funds from your wallet to your bank account.
  • Refunds: Record of any funds returned to customers.

Searching and Filtering

As your business grows, finding specific transactions becomes crucial. Use the built-in tools to narrow down your view:

Search

Search by Customer Name, Email, or Transaction ID to find exactly what you're looking for.

Filters

Filter by status (Succeeded, Pending, Failed) or by date range to see specific periods.

Exporting Data

For tax season or internal accounting, you can export your transaction history at any time.

Export CSV

Click the Export button in the Ledger tab to download a full CSV file of your filtered view. This file can be imported into accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
