The Customers Tab

The **Customers** tab in your wallet dashboard provides a simplified view of your client database, specifically focused on their financial interactions with your business.

Centralized List

See every client, their contact information, and when they were added to your system.

Sync Status

Quickly identify which clients have been successfully mirrored to your connected Stripe account.

Syncing to Stripe

To send an invoice or set up a subscription for a customer, they must first exist in Stripe's system.

How to Sync

If a customer is not yet synced, you'll see a status indicator. Simply click the **Sync to Stripe** button in the Customers tab to automatically create the corresponding record in your connected merchant account.

Viewing Payment History

Tracking how much each customer has paid over time helps you identify your most valuable clients.

  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find a client by name, email, or phone number.
  • Payment Breakdown: While the Customers tab provides an overview, you can jump to the **Ledger** tab and filter by customer name to see every individual transaction they've made.
  • Invoicing Status: Check the **Invoices** tab to see if a customer has any outstanding or overdue payments.
