Exporting your catalog
Click the Export button (download icon) in the top-right of the products list to download a CSV of your full catalog. If you have active filters applied, only the filtered products are exported.
The export includes all the same columns as the import (minus product photos). Use it for backups, reporting, or bulk edits — export, update values in a spreadsheet, then re-import. The importer matches on name and updates existing products.
Filtered exports: Apply a category or supplier filter first, then export, to download just that subset. Useful when you need to share a specific vendor's items or bulk-update one category at a time.
