The CRM keeps every customer relationship in one place, from the first inquiry through completed work and ongoing membership service.
How the CRM workspace works
Use Clients for established customer records, Leads for prospective customers who still need attention, and Memberships for recurring service relationships.
These areas share customer data, so updates made in one workflow are reflected throughout the CRM. Each client profile carries its own Communications tab with the contact history for that customer.
A practical daily workflow
Start with the Leads action queue, follow up on time-sensitive conversations, then open client profiles to review upcoming work and relationship history.
- 1Review leads that need follow-up.
- 2Use Clients to find account, property, appointment, and billing context.
- 3Open a client's Communications tab for unanswered or recent messages.
- 4Review Memberships for renewals and service obligations.
Good to know
Keep phone numbers and email addresses accurate. They are used to match calls, messages, appointments, and client activity to the correct record.
