Memberships helps you manage customers with ongoing plans and understand the recurring relationships that require service or renewal attention.
Connect the Wallet first
Membership plans and enrollments are powered by Stripe through the NBOUND Wallet. If the organization is not connected, still completing setup, or being verified, Memberships shows the appropriate setup gate instead of plan management.
Use Set up wallet, Finish wallet setup, or Check wallet status according to the message shown. Plan creation is available only after the connected account is active.
Create and manage recurring plans
When Wallet is active, Memberships loads the same subscription-management workspace used by Wallet. Use it to create recurring plans and manage the subscription products available to customers.
Enroll and manage customers
Select the correct client and plan when creating a subscription. Review billing cadence and price before confirming because memberships create recurring payment relationships, not one-time invoices.
- 1Open CRM → Memberships.
- 2Complete Wallet setup if a connection gate appears.
- 3Create or select the recurring plan.
- 4Choose the correct client and confirm the plan’s price and billing interval.
- 5Review membership changes alongside the customer’s billing and communication history.
Good to know
Memberships and Wallet share subscription data. A plan created in either subscription workspace is part of the same Stripe-backed catalog.
