Manage clients

Search, filter, organize, and take action on your customer list.

The Clients page is the source of truth for customer identity, contact information, properties, activity, and account value.

Search, filter, and sort clients

Search matches a client’s name, email, or phone number. The Filters menu narrows the list by assigned technician or tag, and Clear filters restores the complete list.

Sort the result by newest, oldest, name A–Z, or highest sales. The result counter and pagination describe the filtered set, not the organization’s unfiltered total.

  1. 1Open CRM, then Clients.
  2. 2Enter a name, email, or phone number in search.
  3. 3Optionally filter by technician or tag.
  4. 4Choose a sort order, then select a client card to open the profile.

Read client status and alerts

Each client card summarizes relationship information and can surface operational alerts such as an overdue balance, failed booking follow-up, missed appointment, upcoming work, inactive history, or a new lead signal. Use these indicators to decide which accounts need attention first.

Add, import, export, or delete

Add client opens the individual client form. The Actions menu can import a CSV or export the currently filtered clients as CSV. Deleting a client requires confirmation and should be reserved for records that truly should not remain in customer history.

  1. 1Search for an existing phone number or email before creating a record.
  2. 2Use Add client for one customer or Import Clients for a CSV.
  3. 3Apply filters before Export CSV when you only want a subset.
  4. 4Open a client profile for relationship work; use Delete only when removal is intentional.

Good to know

Export CSV respects the current filters. Clear filters first when you need the full client list.
