Add clients individually when you are entering a new customer, correcting a missing record, or capturing a relationship outside an automated booking flow.
Complete Basic info
The form separates Basic info from Addresses. Enter the customer’s first and last name, email, phone, and any classification details available in your workspace, including status, rating, preferred contact method, assigned technician, and tags.
- 1Open CRM → Clients and select Add client.
- 2Complete the customer identity and contact fields.
- 3Use tags for searchable labels such as residential, recurring, or referral.
- 4Choose an assigned technician only when one person owns the relationship.
Add service addresses
Use Add address to create Home, Work, or Other addresses. You can give an address a recognizable label, search for the street, and add apartment, postal code, city, and state information. Multiple addresses can be saved on one client and removed before the client record is submitted.
- 1Open the Addresses section and select Add address.
- 2Choose Home, Work, or Other and add an optional label.
- 3Select or enter the street address, then verify apartment, postcode, city, and state.
- 4Save the address and repeat for any additional service location.
Review and save
Use Cancel to return without creating the client. Save creates the record and takes you back into the CRM workflow.
Good to know
Use the caller’s real mobile number. Inbound phone calls are matched to existing clients by phone number, so a missing or incorrect number prevents automatic recognition.
