Use client profiles

Work with a client’s activity, properties, communications, documents, and account data.

A client profile brings the complete relationship into one workspace so your office and field teams can act with the same context.

Read the profile overview

The profile header shows customer identity and account health. KPI cards summarize lifetime revenue, open balance, property count, and membership state. Overview combines contact details with recent activity so you can understand the account before taking action.

Edit updates the client’s status, rating, preferred contact method, assigned technician, and tags.

Use client actions

The Actions menu includes Schedule, Call, Text, Email, Create Estimate, and Create Invoice. Scheduling opens the appointment workflow with the client preselected. Call, text, and email depend on the matching contact detail being available.

Create Estimate is available from the profile. If an action reports that it is coming in a later sprint, it has not been implemented yet and should not be treated as completed work.

Review Activity and Communications

Activity is the cross-channel chronology and can be filtered to Calls, Notes, Invoices, or Appointments. Select a call to inspect its details, or follow links to related records.

Communications focuses on Calls, SMS, and Email. Failed booking follow-ups can be resolved by recording an outcome and an optional note.

Use the work and account tabs

Appointments shows scheduled work and links to appointment details. Estimates and Invoices keep commercial records in the client context. Equipment shows assets associated with the customer.

Properties stores named service locations plus access instructions, gate codes, and pet information. An existing client address can be turned into a property, and properties can be edited or deleted.

Manage documents, forms, and analytics

Documents supports customer-specific uploads, optional display names, opening the stored file, and deletion. Forms shows forms already associated with the client; new forms are attached during appointment booking or through the Forms manager.

Analytics surfaces customer KPIs and opportunities based on the available account data.

Good to know

Review Activity before calling and record durable context as a note. That keeps the next office or field team member from reconstructing the relationship from separate records.
