How to open a team member
- 1
Go to your Team page
Navigate to Organization → Team from your dashboard sidebar.
- 2
Open the member
Click any row in the team table, or use the three-dot menu and select Edit. Their profile sheet slides open from the right.
- 3
Switch between tabs
The sheet opens on the Profile tab by default. Use the left-side navigation to switch between Profile, Addresses, Emergency Contact, Services, Locations, and Roles & Permissions.
- 4
Save your changes
The Save Changes button activates (turns purple) whenever you modify something. Switching tabs before saving will lose unsaved edits on the current tab.
Only Owners and Managers can open the editable profile sheet.

Can provide services toggle
When this toggle is off, the member won't appear on any job regardless of which services are checked below. Turn it off for admin staff or anyone who should not be field-dispatched.
Selecting services
Services are grouped by category. Check individual items or click the category header to select all at once. Use the search bar to filter when you have a long list.
Job title matching
If the member has a job title, its linked service categories are automatically included. You can layer additional services on top.

Service changes are part of the main Save Changes flow — click Save Changes in the header to apply.
Locations tab
Assign where this member works. A member can only be booked and scheduled at locations they're assigned to — if they aren't assigned to a location, they won't appear as an option when creating appointments there.
Assigning
Each location is a checkbox row showing name and address. Check to assign, uncheck to remove. Search by city name to filter a long list.
Single-location workspaces
If you only have one location, the member is typically auto-assigned during onboarding. You can still review it here.
Saving
Location changes are part of the main Save Changes flow.
Roles & Permissions tab
Two layers: a role (broad access level) and per-member permission overrides that grant access beyond what the role includes.
Roles
Owner
Full access — billing, team, all settings. Always at least one required.
Manager
Manage team, view reports, configure most settings. No billing or Owner role changes.
Dispatcher
Schedule jobs and manage appointments. No financial settings or team config.
Technician
View assigned jobs, submit updates, access client info. Limited to own queue.
Permission overrides
Overrides let you grant a specific permission that the role doesn't normally include — for example, giving a Dispatcher access to reports without promoting them to Manager. Overrides are additive only: you cannot use them to remove a permission the role already has. They are per-member, not per-role.
Role changes take effect immediately — the member does not need to log out.
Only Owners and Managers can change roles. Only Owners can assign the Owner role or grant wallet access. At least one Owner must remain.
