Importing Products via CSV

Choose your setup method

Start by deciding how you want to add your inventory. You can choose to Create a single product for manual entry or Upload a CSV file for bulk migration of your entire catalog.

Securely upload your CSV data

Drag and drop your CSV file directly into the upload area or click to select a file from your computer. Pro tip: Use our CSV template to ensure your columns are formatted perfectly for an instant match.

Link your CSV columns to system fields

Our intelligent mapper will attempt to auto-match your headers. Review each field and ensure Product Name is linked.

Configure low stock & import

Set the Notification Level for each item. This is the magic number where we'll trigger a low-stock alert. Once configured, click the Confirm Import button to start the process.

Review summary and finalize

Review your final import summary. Once confirmed, your products will be instantly available across your workspace for scheduling, sales, and service orders.
