Protected booking.
Every booking path, including office, voice, and marketplace, uses the same availability checks.
From the first booking to the final invoice, one guarded lifecycle supports every job, whether it starts in the office, through the marketplace, or on a phone call at 2am.

Every booking path, including office, voice, and marketplace, uses the same availability checks.
Required forms, signatures, and work summaries block completion until they're done.
Technicians log work performed, inspections, photos, and customer requests on site.
Move from estimate to work order, then create and send an invoice. Payment plans are available for larger tickets.
Appointments are the spine of a service business. Every other system either feeds them or depends on them. NBOUND treats each one as a guarded lifecycle, not a calendar entry.
When your team creates or reschedules a job, including through supported phone agent workflows, NBOUND checks business hours, closures, approved time off, technician qualification, and conflicting bookings before the change is saved.
Open an appointment to see the full job: the client and their history, the assigned technician, required forms, estimates, photos, materials consumed from real stock, and a structured work log covering completed work, inspections, and customer requests.
You can migrate years of past appointments by CSV. The import includes a mapping wizard, time zone aware parsing, review for ambiguous clients that never merges records automatically, and a rollback if you change your mind. Perseus reports can use that history as soon as it is available.
One lifecycle supports every booking source and keeps changes visible.
The appointments list uses search, filters, date ranges, and totals on the server, with results returned in pages of 50 rows.
