Importing appointments

Owners can import historical appointments from a CSV at Appointments → Import. The importer stages rows first, so nothing is created until validation completes.

Prepare your CSV

Use a CSV under 5 MB with no more than 5,000 rows. Map only supported fields such as client name, email, phone, service, location, scheduled time, duration, status, notes, and timezone. IDs from another system are never trusted directly.

Validate and import

Review mapping and row-level errors before importing. Valid rows import while rejected or ambiguous rows remain for correction. Repeating a successful import run is safe: imported rows and external IDs are not duplicated.
