Supported Data Sources
The more Perseus AI knows about your business, the better it can serve your customers. You can train your agent using various types of information:
- PDF Documents: Upload training manuals, service guides, and policy documents.
- Website Links: Provide URLs to your website, FAQ pages, or blog posts.
- Custom Text: Type in specific instructions or unique business details directly.
- Structured Data: Your services, team members, and pricing are automatically included.
The Upload Process
Follow these steps to add new knowledge to your agent:

Go to Training Tab
Inside the AI Agent dashboard, click on the Knowledge Base or Training tab.

Add Source
Click the Add Knowledge button and choose your source type (File, Link, or Text).

Wait for Processing
Perseus AI will analyze the content. This usually takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the size of the data.

Keep your documents concise and clear. Bullet points and structured headings help the AI understand and retrieve information more accurately during customer conversations.
