See how the work is going, then open the records that explain it. Reporting brings financial, operational, customer, inventory, and team information into the Office workspace.
Start with the period and locations
Choose a date range and the locations you can access. Review the overview or open a report for the part of the business you need to understand. Each report explains the records and dates behind its numbers.
Follow the money owed
- Invoice billing shows the value of issued invoices in the selected period.
- Outstanding receivables shows unpaid balances on issued invoices.
- Average ticket helps you compare the value of billed work.
- Breakdowns let you review the available figures by location or service.
Billing and receivables describe invoices. They are separate from cash collected and bank payouts.
Review jobs and team activity
See scheduled, completed, booked, and cancelled jobs. Check assignment coverage and unassigned work, then use the available technician and location reports to understand where the work sits.
Job reports use the recorded schedule and current job status. Open the source records when you need to investigate a result.
Build and save your own reports
Choose from the metrics your account can access. Group compatible results by date, location, technician, or service, and use a table or supported chart to review them.
Save a report definition to run it again with the same setup. Rename or duplicate saved reports when you need a variation, and export the results as CSV.
Get regular reports by email
Schedule a saved report for delivery to your account email as a CSV attachment. Pause or resume its schedule, change the setup, and review delivery history from Scheduled Reports.
Access follows your role
Reports respect your organization, locations, and permissions. Financial data requires the relevant financial access; customer, inventory, and team metrics follow their own permissions. Scheduled deliveries check your current access when they run.
