The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build the core systems that power how contractors schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, track performance, and close revenue. This is not a typical SaaS product—your work directly impacts how real-world operations run in the field. You will operate across the entire stack, from frontend interfaces used by operators to backend systems handling job workflows, data synchronization, and automation logic.

What You'll Do

Build and ship core product features used daily by field operators and office teams
Architect systems for job scheduling, dispatching, and real-time updates
Develop APIs that integrate with third-party tools (CRM, payments, communication systems)
Optimize frontend performance for dashboards used in fast-paced environments
Design backend systems that handle high-frequency operational data
Collaborate closely with design to ensure clarity and usability in high-pressure workflows
Work directly with leadership to prioritize features tied to revenue impact

What We're Looking For

4–7+ years building production-grade web applications
Strong experience with React and modern backend frameworks
Experience designing systems that handle real-time or operational workflows
Ability to think beyond code and understand business impact
High ownership and comfort working in ambiguous environments
