The Role
You will build AI systems that automate decision-making across scheduling, lead prioritization, and revenue optimization.
What You'll Do
- Develop models for job scheduling optimization
- Build predictive systems for lead scoring and close probability
- Integrate AI into core product workflows
- Work with product and engineering to deploy models into production
- Continuously improve model performance using real-world data
What We're Looking For
- Experience deploying ML models into production
- Strong Python and ML framework experience
- Understanding of real-world data constraints and noise
