The Role
This role focuses on building the interfaces used by dispatchers, operators, and business owners. These users are often working under pressure, so clarity, speed, and usability are critical.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards for job tracking, scheduling, and performance analytics
- Create intuitive workflows for dispatching and job management
- Optimize UI performance for real-time updates
- Collaborate with design to simplify complex operational processes
- Ensure consistency across product interfaces
What We're Looking For
- Strong React experience
- Deep understanding of UX in operational software
