The Role
You will manage contracts, compliance, and legal structure as NBOUND scales.
What You'll Do
- Draft and review customer contracts
- Ensure compliance with data and business regulations
- Support partnerships and vendor agreements
What We're Looking For
- J.D. with active state bar membership
- Experience at a law firm or in-house at a technology startup
- Strong understanding of SaaS contracts and data privacy laws
