Build the intelligence behind nbound. You will help us turn the conversations, schedules, jobs, and outcomes created by service businesses into useful automation and models that improve the work without hiding how it works.
What you’ll own
- Build data pipelines and evaluation systems around calls, leads, jobs, schedules, and payments
- Develop and improve models for receptionist workflows, lead qualification, scheduling assistance, and operational recommendations
- Create feedback loops so real outcomes improve the product over time
- Work with engineering to put models into reliable, observable product workflows
- Help define the data practices that make nbound’s models useful, safe, and defensible
What will help you succeed
- Strong Python and SQL skills with experience working on production data or ML systems
- Experience evaluating LLM or machine learning workflows with real user outcomes
- A practical approach to model quality, latency, privacy, and cost
- Curiosity about how businesses operate in the physical world
